DBT is an evidence-based treatment that helps people who are struggling with out of control emotions or self-destructive behaviors to build loves worth living. Instead of regular suboxone follow-up meetings with providers, approved patients can attend The Co-Op every Wednesday with Careen Bertheaud and everyone other Friday with Mark Ryan. These are approximately one hour group and patients are expected to attend a minimum of two each month. The Co-Op is optional, but the added benefits of these meetings include: no co-pay, and they will count as part of the Twelve Step visits. Learn more HERE.
