Given the rising costs of providing high quality health care, we are excited to introduce the Priority Easy Access Program (PEAP). This optional program is designed to give patients and families priority access to our staff/providers for medical concerns.
Key Features of PEAP
Dedicated Doctor and Patient Communication Line: A designated phone number for PEAP members, including families, to call or text with medical questions.
Rapid Response: Turnaround time of just a few hours for families and individuals alike.
Convenient Hours: Access one of our Providers on nights, holidays and weekends (within a few hours). During business hours our staff will expedite calls and questions within a few hours.
Limited Enrollment: Membership is capped at 200 patients to ensure personalized attention for families and individuals.
Affordable Plan: $800, prepaid every six months, and includes one adult and any minor children in the household.

At AFP, we continuously strive to achieve an enhanced health care experience. PEAP does NOT provide a full concierge plan. The only service is enhanced phone/text access to our treatment team. This may be to answer a question or schedule an appointment.

Priority Easy Access Program pricing begins at $800 and is prepaid every six months. This plan includes one adult and any minor children.

Many of you appreciated the improved access to our providers during our Concierge Program trial. Although we were unable to sustain that program, we’ve learned how important prompt doctor and patient communication is to you, especially for families.
