Biography
Originally from Stafford, CT, Chalan moved to Springfield, MA to attend Springfield College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science before completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. As a Physician Assistant, she is passionate about family medicine and believes in building long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, collaborative care and shared decision-making. Now living in Northampton, MA Chalan is excited to care for patients and become part of the community. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, bowling, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.
